ISF - International Softball Federation Plant City (USA) http://www.internationalsoftball.com The International Softball Federation is located in Plant City (USA). It exists since 1952 and organizes World championships and (since 1990) also the olympic Softball-tournaments. 123 national federations are members of the ISF. |

CEB - European Baseball Confederation Thonetlaan 52 The European Baseball Confederation was founded 1953 in Paris. CEB organizes European Championships for National Teams and European Championships and Cups for European Clubs. In the 50ies and 60ies there were only few participants, even getting less in the 1970ies. Only afterwards, and especially since the changes in Central and Eastern Europe there has been a groth in members and participation again. Now there is 37 members of CEB, most likely Turkey will be Number 38. CEB estimates that there are approx. 100.000 players active in their member federations. |
